A Painful True Love Story
A man once told that he married a woman he did not love and had no feelings for. He tried many times to love her, to admire her, and to get closer to her, but all his attempts failed. One day, he decided to confess his feelings to her, as he was living daily with guilt and a sense of betrayal, knowing that she did not deserve this from him. One day, after coming home from work, she served him lunch, but he completely ignored it and told her that he needed to talk about something important. She became a bit anxious, and he felt hesitant, but he gathered his courage and immediately told her, "I don't love you, and I have loved another woman for a long time. However, I cannot be with both of you, so I have to divorce you." To his surprise, her reaction was completely different from what he expected. She did not get angry, did not accuse him of betrayal; she simply smiled calmly and nodded, saying, "I agree to the divorce, but under two conditions."
He was surprised by her words but responded, "I agree to all your conditions, and I will return all your financial rights and even leave you this house to live in." She interrupted him gently and said, "The first condition is to postpone our divorce for one more month until our only son finishes his final exams so that his studies and emotions are not affected. The second condition is that you carry me in your arms every day from the front door to our bedroom, for an entire month."
The husband was very surprised by his wife's conditions but agreed anyway, as he was willing to do anything to free himself from this marriage and pursue the love of his life—the woman who worked with him and whom he truly loved.
And so, he postponed the divorce for a month. Every day during that month, as soon as he returned from work, he carried his wife from the front door to their bedroom, while she wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him gently with a soft smile. Their ten-year-old son would watch them, jump towards them, play with them, and they all enjoyed their time together.
Tears streamed down the husband's face as he continued his story: "As the days passed, I began to feel something strange towards my wife, an unknown emotion. I would immediately turn away from her, trying to push the thought from my mind. But eventually, I had to admit the truth—I had real feelings of love and longing for my gentle, quiet wife. I started counting down the remaining days and wished they would pass slowly so I wouldn’t have to leave my beloved wife."
When the month ended, his wife had changed a lot. Her body had become frail, and her face had turned pale. He began to worry about her and sensed that something was wrong. He decided to confess to his lover at work that he would not leave his wife because he loved her. She slapped him across the face and accused him of deceit and arrogance. Her reaction shocked him and revealed the wonderful reality of his wife's character.
He deeply regretted what he had told his wife, but it was too late. She now believed he did not love her and was in love with someone else. When he returned home, he found her lying on the floor in severe fatigue and exhaustion. He sat beside her in disbelief, filled with worry.
Tears streamed down his face again as he said, "My wife then confessed that she had cancer and that the doctors had told her she had only one month to live. That is why she kept it from me and wanted to spend her last days close to me. The reason she asked me to carry her every day was so that our son would feel that his father loved his mother dearly and would not see me in a bad light when I married someone else."
His wife passed away, leaving him alone to suffer, after losing his precious jewel. He lost everything. This is how Adam never realizes the value of Eve until he loses her.
A Painful Separation
They got married after a long love story that lasted for years. Together, they faced all the challenges and obstacles that stood in the way of their marriage. After years of longing and struggle, they finally came together, and their determination was stronger than anything. They lived happily for several months in peace and stability.
However, things soon changed. The husband's behavior towards his wife began to change throughout the day. She started feeling that he was drifting away from her emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Initially, she thought it was due to work pressure and life's difficulties, and his desire to provide a decent life for them. But over time, she began to notice strange changes and signals in her husband's life, and doubt began to creep into her heart.
She suspected that her husband was cheating on her, as she noticed the scent of a strange perfume on his shirt or a strand of hair on his shoulder. However, she initially chose to ignore these things and not let doubts ruin their life together, as she had fought so hard to be with him.
But things escalated quickly when she accidentally saw him entering a residential building with another woman, their closeness suggesting something unusual. The woman started investigating and eventually discovered that he was having an affair with one of his colleagues at work—a divorced woman living alone, whom he visited from time to time in her apartment. Realizing that her life had come to an end, she decided to take revenge before leaving his world.
She thought long and hard about how to make him feel the emotional pain he caused her and how to make him taste his own medicine. Eventually, she came up with a devilish idea. She bought a phone line he did not know about and sent him a message saying: "Your wife is cheating on you in your marital home right now."
Upon reading the message, the husband became furious and rushed home, determined to kill her and her supposed lover. He arrived like a madman, opened the house door, and heard her laughing from the bedroom. He nearly lost his mind, stormed into the room, only to find her completely alone. He tried to calm himself and catch his breath. That was when she revealed everything to him—that she knew about his affair and demanded a divorce.
Thus, their love story that lasted for years came to a painful end.
